Cancellation and Refund Policy for Digital Courses – B2B Transactions

This policy applies exclusively to business-to-business (B2B) transactions made through Viva la Coaching Academy. Purchases by individual consumers (B2C) are not permitted on this platform. All customers must represent a business, company, or organization when making a purchase. By purchasing digital courses or related content, your company acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

Business-Only Transactions

Viva la Coaching Academy operates solely as a B2B provider. Only businesses, organizations, or companies are eligible to purchase our products and services. During the account creation and checkout process, you are required to provide your company details, including the company name. Purchases made without valid business credentials or for individual consumer purposes are not permitted.

Waiver of Right to Cancel for Digital Content

Upon purchasing digital courses, downloadable resources, or webinar recordings from Viva la Coaching Academy, you agree to the immediate provision of digital content. By doing so, your company waives any right to cancel or request refunds once access to the content has been granted.

At checkout, you will be required to check a box that reads:

“I understand and agree that the execution of the agreement starts before the revocation period has expired due to the digital nature of the product(s) I am purchasing and immediate access to content. I acknowledge that my company waives the right to cancel this agreement upon access to the digital content.”

This waiver is in accordance with the commercial and digital content laws governing B2B transactions. The waiver applies to all digital content, including but not limited to courses, webinars, downloadable materials, and supplementary resources.

No Refunds on Digital Products

All purchases of digital courses, webinar recordings, and other downloadable materials are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. Please ensure that your company thoroughly reviews the product details and specifications before completing the purchase.

Technical Issues or Access Problems

If your company experiences any technical issues preventing access to purchased content, please contact us at support@vivalacoaching.com. We are committed to resolving technical difficulties promptly to ensure access to the content for which your company has paid. Refunds will only be considered in cases where technical problems prevent access, and the issue cannot be resolved.

Exceptions

If access to the digital content has not been initiated (i.e., no materials have been downloaded or viewed), your company may still be eligible for a refund within fourteen days of purchase. Please contact our support team at support@vivalacoaching.com if this applies.

Custom Agreements

Any deviations from this cancellation and refund policy must be explicitly agreed to in writing and authorized by Viva la Coaching Academy. Any such agreements must be made prior to accessing the digital content.
