Q: Do you sell to businesses or individuals?
A: Both. We serve B2B and B2C customers. VAT (if applicable) is shown at checkout and on your invoice.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Major credit cards, PayPal, and Klarna. A VAT invoice/receipt (if applicable) is emailed after purchase.
Q: How do I receive what I bought?
A: You’ll get an order confirmation email. When you’re logged in, go to My Account → My Courses to start learning.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Digital courses/memberships: no refunds once access starts (you confirm a digital-content waiver at checkout). Print-on-demand merch (e.g., posters, apparel): non-refundable due to individualized production.
Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: Yes — Rookie buyers receive a level-up discount code inside the Rookie course to join Rebel. Other promotions are announced via email and LinkedIn.

Q: What is the Rookie course?
A: Rookie Reloaded is a self-paced foundations course (from Oct 2, 2025) with a monthly Welcome for Rookies. You’ll learn AI basics in coaching, ethical/compliant use (GDPR/EU AI Act), and research literacy.
Q: What is the Rebel course?
A: Rebel is our live practitioner program focused on applying and personalizing AI for your growth, your business, and your clients. It runs twice per year (e.g., October 2025 and April 2026). When sales close, you can join the Wait List. Sessions are recorded.
Q: Is Rookie required before Rebel?
A: Yes. Complete Rookie first — or choose THE REBEL Bundle, which includes Rookie.
Q: What is a MasterClass?
A: A MasterClass is a focused 5-hour live intensive. New customers also receive 3 months of League access with a MasterClass.
Q: Do I get a certificate or ICF credits?
A: You receive a Viva la Coaching Certification upon course completion. ICF CCEUs for Rebel are pending approval (we’ll publish the exact amount once confirmed).

Q: What’s included in THE REBEL Bundle?
A: Level 1: Rookie (recording access until 31.03.2026; Rookie Reloaded self-paced from Oct 2, 2025) + Level 2: Rebel (live cohort; recordings) + 6 months of League of Rebels membership + access to our webinar archive (15+ hrs) and Revolution Resources library + AI Coaching Certification (ICF CCEUs pending).
Q: How long is League included with Rookie and Rebel?
A: Rookie includes 3 months of League access. Rebel (via the Rebel Bundle) includes 6 months of League access.
These bundled access periods do not auto-convert into the yearly membership.
Q: How long is League included with the Rebel Bundle, legally speaking?
A: 6 months. The exact League access period is shown on the product page and printed on your Order Confirmation (Kaufvertrag) as required by German law.
Q: What is the League of Rebels Membership and how much is it?
A: Our community membership is €269/year (billed annually). Benefits: Community Day Wednesdays (multi-timezone), event series (OpenSpace with David Drake, Prompting Clinic with Eva, Community Check-In, Reflective Practice in the Age of AI, Open Research & Focus Sessions), webinar archive (15+ hrs), and the Revolution Resources library.
Q: Do you offer a trial?
A: Yes. The 4-Week Trial requires a card and auto-converts into the yearly membership (€269/year) unless you cancel before the trial end date. During the trial you can access Wednesday community events, live webinars, and a curated resource set. Full details appear on the trial sign-up page.
4) Events, Calendar & Access
Q: Where do events happen and how do I join?
A: Events are hosted online (e.g., Zoom). As an active member (or trialist, where eligible), open the event page in your member area to see the Join link.
Q: Can I save events to my calendar?
A: Yes. Each event page offers Save to Calendar. We also use early “Save the Date” links for upcoming sessions.
Q: Do you have a global “subscribe to all events” calendar feed?
A: No. We don’t offer a public feed because event access changes with membership status. Please add individual events via Save to Calendar.
Q: When are community events?
A: Wednesdays (“Community Day”). We run sessions across multiple time zones.

Q: How do I get news and invitations?
A: Subscribe on our site. You can manage your preferences anytime.
