Q: What types of products are available in the Viva la Coaching Academy Shop?

A: Our shop offers a variety of resources designed to support your AI coaching journey, including digital products, exclusive webinar recordings, AI Coaching merch, AI coaching tools, and other learning materials to help you integrate AI into your practice. Currently we are starting with one Course Bundle. We will publish more soon.

Q: How do I purchase products from the shop?

A: Simply browse our shop, select the products you want, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to create an account or log in, and then you can complete your purchase securely. Important to note: We only sell to businesses – we require your business name and for EU states you VAT number.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?

A: We currently accept major credit cards as payment options. All transactions are protected to ensure your data is safe.

Q: Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?

A: Our refund policy varies by product. For digital products like courses and webinars, refunds are not typically offered, but if you encounter an issue, please reach out to us directly. We’re committed to ensuring a great experience!

Q: How will I receive my purchased products?

A: Once your payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with a download link or instructions on how to access your purchased items in your account. You can always access your courses via your Profile Dropdown Menu on the top right (when logged in). Downloads are also available in the menu item “Account” under the tab “Downloads”.


2. Courses FAQs

Q: What are the levels of the AI Literacy Training Camp?

A: The AI Literacy Training Camp is divided into multiple levels to suit your expertise. From the Rookie Level, where you start your AI coaching journey, to the Rebel Level, which focuses on applying AI in coaching. Soon we will offer Masters courses where we dive deep to truly master AI in Coaching & Learning. Each level builds on the last to ensure you’re future-ready.

Q: How do I access the courses I’ve purchased?

A: After purchasing a course, you’ll find it in your My Courses section of your account dashboard. Simply log in, navigate to your profile, and start your course at your convenience.

Q: Are the courses self-paced or live?

A: Most of our courses are self-paced, allowing you to learn at your own speed. However, we also offer live webinars and meetings for certain advanced levels and workshops – especially in the beginning when we launch courses to truly get a sense whether the provided content and learning material is actually useful for you.

Q: Will I receive a certificate upon completion?

A: Yes! Upon completing a course, you will receive a certificate of completion that you can share with your clients, showcasing your expertise in AI-powered coaching. We also offer CCEUs by the ICF – you can learn more in the course description.

Q: What support is available if I have questions during the course?

A: You can ask questions and engage with fellow students through course-specific forums or reach out to our support team for assistance. Some courses also offer live Q&A sessions or coaching feedback.


3. League of Rebels Community FAQs

Q: What is the League of Rebels Community?

A: The League of Rebels Community is an exclusive space for AI coaching professionals to connect, learn, and grow together. As a member, you’ll engage in discussions, join social and learning groups, and attend members-only events and webinars.

Q: How do I join the League of Rebels Community?

A: For now – when you enroll in any of our courses or purchase certain products, you are automatically invited to join the League of Rebels Community. You can also join by subscribing to our membership plans (coming 2025).

Q: What are the benefits of joining the community?

A: By joining, you’ll gain access to exclusive discussions, learning groups, resources, and forums where members share insights, ideas, and advice. You’ll also have the chance to attend online meetings and members-only events.

Q: How can I participate in community discussions?

A: Once inside the League of Rebels Community, you can create a profile, join groups, participate in forums, and leave comments on discussions or training courses. This is a space where members are encouraged to collaborate and share knowledge.

Q: Is there a code of conduct for community members?

A: Yes, all members must follow our community guidelines to ensure that the League of Rebels remains a safe, inclusive, and empowering space. Respect, integrity, and ethical AI usage are key principles of our community.

Q: How do I create an account?

A: Currently you can only create an account when buying one of our courses. During the checkout process you are asked to provide an e-mail address and set a password.

Q: How can I update my profile information?

A: Log into your account, navigate to My Profile, and there you can update your personal details, profile picture, and preferences.

Q: How do I receive updates on new courses or community events?

A: Subscribe to our newsletter or join the League of Rebels Community to receive regular updates on upcoming courses, webinars, and exclusive member events.
