Every ICF ACC holder needs 10 hours of mentor coaching to renew. Most coaches know this. Finding the right mentor coaching — at the right time, with the right context — is where it gets harder.
Mentor coaching that happens in isolation from your active practice is transactional. You complete the hours. You tick the box. But the growth stays shallow.
The ICF Mentor Coaching Path is built differently. It runs alongside the Rebel Course — embedded in a live cohort where you are already applying AI to real coaching work. You bring real cases, real questions, and real growth edges. Your mentor coach meets you there.
This is not a separate process bolted onto your calendar. It is the same process, going deeper.
This cohort is limited to 10 participants. The small group format is core to how mentor coaching works — focused, personal, and practice-grounded. Once the 10 seats are filled, the next opportunity is October.

Who delivers this
Your mentor coach is Alina Avarvarei — ICF PCC credentialed coach, EMCC-accredited mentor coach and supervisor, with over 20 years of experience in organisational development, learning, and leadership. She holds a background in organisational psychology and brings deep mentor coaching expertise, including her role as MOZAIC Reciprocal Mentoring Program Lead and her contribution to the EMCC Global Mentoring Centre of Excellence.
Alina combines structure with intuition — offering both supportive guidance and constructive challenge. Her approach is rooted in partnership, curiosity, and compassion. She helps coaches deepen self-awareness, strengthen their presence, and bring coaching principles to life in their own authentic way.
She is dedicated to helping coaches grow with integrity and confidence — supporting them not only in working toward ICF credentialing, but in becoming the coaches they truly want to be.
