Join Neal Sundberg and Nick Wooters of Coya for a timely conversation on the health and wellbeing of parents in a rapidly changing world.

Speakers’ Bio:
Neal Sundberg is a leader in health and wellness coaching, with over a decade of experience across mental health, digital health, and healthcare innovation. At Headspace and Ginger, he helped scale a 24/7 coaching platform from 500 to more than 8,000 weekly sessions while improving outcomes and the overall member experience.
Today, Neal serves as Director of Care Programs & Provider Enablement at Brightline, where he supports the design and delivery of care programs, provider enablement, and quality initiatives for Bright Life Kids, a program offering free behavioral health coaching to children ages 0–12 across California.
Neal is passionate about advancing coaching as a trusted, human-centered part of modern healthcare and expanding access to early behavioral health support for children and families.
Nicholas Wooters is the co-founder of Coya, a health, wellness, performance, and longevity company. He is a lifelong coach with more than 20 years of experience in sports coaching, particularly in swimming and triathlon, including 15 years as an NCAA Division 1 coach.
Alongside his coaching work, Nicholas spent more than 10 years as a professor in the Stanford School of Medicine Health and Human Performance Department. He is also a high-performance consultant specializing in creating optimal environments for teams to thrive, working with companies and multiple Division 1 athletic programs.
Nicholas has been a featured speaker at events across the United States, including athletic conferences, leadership summits, and corporate events, with a focus on holistic wellness, performance, and sustainable wellbeing.
