Artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping how decisions are made in organisations. But how does AI decision-making compare with the way humans actually learn and decide?
In this webinar, we explore the neuroscience of human learning and decision-making and compare it with how AI systems are trained to make decisions. By examining both, we can better understand where AI may outperform human capability – and where uniquely human thinking remains essential.
This session will help coaches, leaders, and professionals reflect on how emerging technologies intersect with human cognition, judgment, and ethics in the workplace.
In this webinar, you will:
• Deepen your understanding of how the human brain learns and makes decisions
• Compare human learning processes with those used by AI tools
• Explore the practical and ethical implications for coaching and leadership
