Rather than focusing on technical build skills, this course supports your ability to speak about AI with confidence, discernment, and ethical awareness. You will explore key concepts, terminology, practical tools, current research, and considerations for responsible practice so you can better understand what AI is, how it is being used, and what questions it raises in your professional context.
The course is organized into five sections:

Become Grounded – Build core AI literacy, including Generative AI, LLMs, prompting, AI Coaching, and AI in Coaching.
Be Playful – Experience selected AI tools and coaching-related assistants in a safe, guided way.
Go on a Deep Dive – Access curated research, expert conversations, podcasts, and further resources.
Stay Responsible – Consider ethics, privacy, data protection, regulation, and human-first professional practice.
By the end of the course, you will have a stronger vocabulary, a clearer understanding of the AI landscape, and a more confident foundation for engaging in conversations about AI with clients, colleagues, and organisations.
