Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed in nature.)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at Withdraw from contract. If you use this online function, we will promptly send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including details of the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your withdrawal declaration via the withdrawal function (the so-called “withdrawal button”) before the deadline expires.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal by notifying us — Viva la Coaching eGbR, Marie-Juchacz-Str. 17, 76137 Karlsruhe, Germany, phone: +49 151 12020998, email: revolution@vivalacoaching.com — by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form below for this purpose, though it is not required.

In this case, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), promptly and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

Loss of Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content and Services

Your right of withdrawal expires before the end of the fourteen-day withdrawal period if you have expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired, and have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

At checkout, you will be asked to confirm the following:

“I expressly agree that the seller may begin performing the contract before the end of the withdrawal period. I acknowledge that by giving my consent to the start of contract performance, I lose my right of withdrawal.”

Once you have given this consent and we have begun performance, your right of withdrawal is extinguished. If you do not give this consent at checkout, we will not begin delivery of digital content or performance of services until the fourteen-day withdrawal period has expired.

Business Customers (B2B)

The right of withdrawal described above applies exclusively to consumers. Purchases made by businesses, companies, or organizations are not subject to statutory withdrawal rights. By completing a purchase on this platform, business customers confirm that they are acting in a commercial or professional capacity. All such purchases are final upon conclusion of the contract, subject to any separate written agreement with Viva la Coaching eGbR.

Technical Issues or Access Problems

If you experience any technical issues preventing access to purchased content, please contact us at revolution@vivalacoaching.com. We are committed to resolving technical difficulties promptly. Reimbursement will only be considered in cases where a technical problem prevents access entirely and cannot be resolved.
