The Experience Designer is the advanced level of the Viva la Coaching learning path — and this April cohort is the inaugural Pioneer group. You're not just taking a course. You're helping set the standard for what AI coaching design means in this profession. Cohort size is intentionally small: 10–12 people, by application.
This is a certification.
Not another training.
Most AI courses are built around watching and listening. This one is built around making and proving. You will submit a working AI coaching companion for review. You will be assessed. And the certificate you earn will reflect that.

Four sessions. One coherent build.
Pre-course materials and platform access open on 17 April. Each live session builds directly on the last. Between sessions, you work on your own AI coaching companion — alone or in a small peer group. By Session 4, you're ready to submit your final piece for assessment.

This certificate will mean something. Because it requires you to build something real and have it reviewed against a defined standard, it carries weight that attendance-based certifications cannot. That is by design — and it is why the application process exists.
This is an advanced programme. Here's what you need to bring.
The Experience Designer is designed for coaches who already have AI foundations and hands-on experience building assistants. It is not an introduction. It is a professional certification for builders.
Required prerequisites
- ✓Rebel Course completion — or entry via Fast Track interview (see below)
- ✓Professional coaching experience as a Coach, Mentor, or Supervisor
- ✓Demonstrated AI assistant building — share a link to a tool you've already created (GPT, Gem, or similar)

If you've completed the Viva MasterClass on Building AI Coaching Agents, or if you can demonstrate equivalent foundations, we offer a short personal interview to assess your readiness. Apply and note your background — we'll determine together whether the Fast Track applies. No Rebel course is not an automatic disqualification. But we will verify you're ready.

The Experience Designer brings together Viva la Coaching's founders and an external expert in AI coaching system architecture. Not a panel — a team that has built this territory together.
Building AI coaching companions since 2018. Lead instructor on the Experience Designer. Her specialism — Transformative Prompt Design — is the foundation of the IMPACTS framework. Keynote speaker at NYU, Harvard, and international coaching conferences.
Eva Sonnenschein is a Business Coach and ACC who runs her own active coaching practice. She brings that ground-level perspective to every session — making sure the programme pays off across all three dimensions that matter: your business, your clients, and your own development.

Jochen brings deep technical expertise in conversational AI architecture to the programme — specifically in building coaching-grade AI systems that are both methodologically sound and deployable in real professional contexts. His contribution to the Experience Designer sits at the intersection of coaching methodology and system design.
This programme is built specifically for the Coachbot.ai Creator Studio. All four sessions use it hands-on — you will build, test, and deploy your AI coaching companion directly within the platform. Access to Coachbot.ai Creator Studio is included.
