This is how Customization for your Hoodie works:

1. Place Your Order
   Choose your personalized item and complete the checkout process as usual.

2. Watch for an Email from us
   Shortly after your purchase, you’ll receive an email with a special link to personalize your item. This email may come from a generic address, so please check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it right away.

3. Personalize Your Item
   Click the link in the email to open the personalization editor. You can upload your avatar – please make sure you have no background in the image. Once you’re happy with your design, click “Complete Personalization.”

4. That’s It!
   Your personalization will be sent directly to production.
